RIP Preston Vuyisile “PV” ManeliMr Mark Alexander, the president of SA Rugby, paid tribute to Preston Vuyisile Maneli, better known as “PV”, a former national rugby player and a great sports all-rounder who sadly passed away at the age of 86 at the Amalinda Old Age Home in East London on Wednesday.
