Three changes to Blitzboks side for Hong Kong

Siviwe Soyizwapi will captain the Springbok Sevens team to the Cathay Pacific / HSBC Hong Kong Sevens next weekend after being named leader of the pack for the seventh tournament of the HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series.
