Cobus Reinach, an experienced and nippy scrumhalf who made his Bok debut in 2014, earned his 50th Test cap at the end of 2025. He has established himself as a firm fan favourite because of his try-scoring exploits, which includes the fastest recorded hat-trick at the 2019 RWC, and went on to make a valuable impact once again in the Boks’ successful 2023 RWC campaign. Reinach – whose late father, Jaco, also played for South Africa – has speed to burn and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
