Zachary Porthen, a former Junior Springbok captain, made such a strong impact at Bok training that he made his Test debut against Japan in November 2025. He added two more caps on the unbeaten tour of Europe, and with the front ranker able to swing between loosehead and tighthead prop, he undoubtedly has a bright future.
