The 2022 SA Rugby Under-20 Cup competition ended on a wet April afternoon in Pretoria, where the Vodacom Bulls won the title that was held by the Lions since 2021. The competition was played over a single round, from the weekend of 25/26 February. Apart from the two sides from Gauteng, the other teams in the competition were DHL Western Province, who lost in the finals in 2021 and 2022, as well as the Toyota Cheetahs, Eastern Province, Leopards and Cell C Sharks.
