The Springbok Sevens squad, playing as SA 1 and SA 2, scored five out of six wins in their first international tournament in 14 months, with SA 1 defeating Kenya, Uganda and Zimbabwe and SA 2 toppling Uganda and SAS Sevens Academy in their opening matches of the Rugby Africa Solidarity Sevens Camp in Stellenbosch.
