In the final of the 2019 SA Rugby Under-20 Provincial Championship, the Down Touch Griffons defeated the EP Elephants by 37-29, claiming the title for a fourth time. The teams were split into three geographical pools featuring three teams each during pool stages of the competition , with each side playing a double round of matches – two at home and two away.
